As good as possible. A few splices would be fine.

If the opening reel includes the scene of the kid hanging himself in the closet, then I'll accept it, even it it's red.

If not, my price would be much much lower my quality demands a bit higher.

Foreign title cards, dubs or subtitles are a plus, though.

there is a print in eng splices and scratches also its red
the scene is in the movie.its 5 reels.this is the vampire movie ,right?

u r offering too much for it.make a better offer then i will ask the guy.
offer less,ok 2500 is way too much
