16mm Bell & Howell & Sankor lens

I have a Bell & Howell 38mm F1.5 lens & Sankor 38mm F1.5 lens lens to exchange for 2 31mm lens. Hope some one can help or if not i will buy them.

I've never seen a 31mm lens listed. It seems to me the way to get there is with a converter on your 38mm lens. The .8x side would give you the desired focal length. A zoom converter at the wide setting should also be close.

Perhaps you have seen a catalog listing for a 31mm lens, I've only seen 25mm and 38mm.
