full length or odd reels ?

I bought on super 8 the full length citizen kane. But on four reels, the seller suggested that is was a little bit condensed in 80 minutes. But after receiving the film it was not at all the promised 80 minutes, but it was the 1/2 of the movie. On the box stood clear that there were 8 reels. So with a little calculation you come on 60 minutes of a totally incomplete movie.

My question, does anyone has some odd reels, nr 5 t/m 8 of citizen kane?

I would definitely try to get a refund from this guy, who must have been running the movie at 18 fps to get a running time like that.
