Honestly, I can't complain in the least about the weather here in our fine Garden State-- I like it hot, not cold!

Yes, Cousin it from the Adams Family!
My hair was blown onto the front of my face and it could not be seen! But then again, maybe to some that would be a GOOD thing!:p

This is the second time I am trying to post.....we just had a brown out here in Union and as I was driving to work, there were 3 of them in North Plainfield on Rt 22

Please don't try to post while driving, nothing good can come of that - wait until you get to work and THEN post.

I was posting at work (in Union) while there was a brown out in the office, which erased my first post.
I was driving to work and there were three brown outs. All the lights went off.
I am a very safe driver.

Safe driving and female just don't seem to go together.

I have a very large fish tank of three giant sized Koi fish (one is 18 inches long) in my living room. If the electricity shuts off, their filters and air stones stop working, therefore, they can die.

My iguana needs special care. Electricity provides the special temperature and light he needs to survive.

Linda, silly girl. What you need is a 5000 watt battery start gas generator that kicks in when the power goes off. This way your power needs are provided for your special friends.

When I had my fish tank, I had the pump on a computer UPS. it would run the pump for about an hour without power. By the way, a fish tank can be without power for some time without problems.

I need a bigger house for this fantastic idea!!

I have lost fish before when the electricty went out all day and I was not home and this is why I am tense and worried.

One of the koi is not feeling to well and the stress of no oxygen will just add to it.

Obviously all you MEN think the same way. Always picking on the female driver.

So far it's not too bad, it started to snow here about 5 pm. The trucks are out salting the roads. The bad side is that since we haven't had much snow, that people forget how to drive in it!! And now more idiots have 4WD or AWD vehicles!! Please be carefull out there!!!:(

We're expecting a classic Nor'Easter Blizzard up here in the Boston area. It figures, I have a flight scheduled tomorrow RIGHT in the middle of it - and don't even know when to reschedule my flight because they don't know when it will finally all be over. 12-14", 40+mph winds, blech!

I can't even see out my windows!
I heard that in 1983, to the day, we had a that blizzard thay last 3 days! How ironic is that!

Yeah, winter's here for sure in Dallas. It's down to the mid-40s today, and it will be two to three days before it's back up in the 70s.

Punxatawney Phil predicted 6 more weeks of winter!
Jeff, yes, I enjoyed the warm weather in January and I assume you did as well??
The temperature will be near 50 by the end of the week so this stuff should be GONE soon!:)
I so can't WAIT to shovel and clean my car off! Woo hoo!:D
