I have a B western film collector friend who lives in the Columbus, Ohio area. About a month ago there appeared a cable channel on his digital cable TV package that was showing B westerns, Charlie Chan movies, and Boston Blackie movies. It was not the Westerns Channel or Encore Westerns as this channel was playing B westerns, for example a lot of the Johnny Mack Brown Monogram Pictures titles, never shown on the Westerns Channel or Encore Westerns. Well, as mysteriously as it first appeared on his digital cable TV channel it has now disappeared. Apparently, it was not supposed to be on his cable TV package. I have asked him to check with his cable company to see if they know anything about it. In the meantime, does anyone know what this cable channel might have been?
I would definitely like to get this channel on my cable package as like I said they were according to my friend playing a lot of really good B westerns titles of Ken Maynard, Bob Steele, Wild Bill Elliot, Tim McCoy, Charles Starrett, Sunset Carson, Tom Tyler, Allen Rocky Lane, Johnny Mack Brown, Buster Crabbe, etc.
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.
