That is indeed a Dutch name. You do not necessarily need a credit card to register with paypal. I haven't either and I am therefore also 'unverified'. (As a consequence I cannot sell anymore on ebay UK...)

Do you have any reason to suspect him? If he has already paid, what could go wrong?

The problem is. I need more info for the custom papers like his phone number and other info. I have sent 6 e mails to him asking for more info. And no luck no return I have 2 emails address for him. And still nothing. I started the custom papers on 1/17/07 and e mailed him since then No reply.
Called Pay Pal to see if the cc card was verified with address. On which it was. Also they stated to ship out within 7 days for seller protection.
Was also told to transfer the money to my checking acct because it could be a charge back. And on top of that Pay Pal can go back to my checking acct and withdraw the $350.00 from it. So I transferred the money to a different acct and not through Pay Pal so my checking acct is at the bear min.
I just want to be sure that this is not a spoof. And lose the parts at my cost

Hi, Richard!

I'm new here, but an old hand at eBay (U.S.) Most eBays are set up about the same, so try this: Go to the very top of your "My eBay" page and click on the link "site map". Now look down on the right side column. The second heading is "Connect". The 8th item under that is "Find Contact Information".

When you click that there are two things you need to fill in, your trading partner's eBay name, and the auction number of the thing he bought. Once you do that they will send you an email with his name, city and state (provence, whatever), and his telephone number. The only thing that isn't included is his street address, but that should be on your end of auction email. If you don't find it there, then go to your PayPal records, look up the payment and click on the "Details" link. It's in there.

Thank you for your reply and Welcome to this Group. As an old e buyer myself, not as many feedbacks as you only 94 I did not know this. Ill give it a try. Pay Pal I did pay pal not on record. Except that He did pay Along with the shipping address. I shipped the package out on Jan 26 Global Priority mail. Now he states he did not receive the parts yet. Imp just waiting the post office ask sometimes it takes longer for customs. Ill guess ill wait and see.

Hmmm. Global Priority (that's good, I usually use less than that), that's 4 lbs. and under, with no tracking number, as I recollect. However, that doesn't necessarily mean they can't track it. Did you insure it, and do you have any PO receipt showing you mailed it? Did you fill out a customs form? I ship worldwide, and the PO has been a big help in some of the weird problems that come up.

usps.com is a big help too.

Got all that and more. Called the 800 International number with the label and custom form numbers, voice recording states no record of ( for ) tracking.

Ill be heading back to the post office where i mailed it

About 2 weeks ago I got an email from Him and he stated No package yet I send him a copy of all the mailing papers and custom forms again. Rechecked at the post office where I do my mailing there was more then help full they called Customs and found out that the package was delayed, or he already received it. So I sent Mr. Blaauwbroek, a note stating that
Well he never got back to me. So now I take it he received the parts.
As far as I m concerned CASE CLOSED
