Wanted Elmo and 16mm underwater or ocean film

I'm a student looking for some 16mm film that has scenes of underwater diving/fishing or coral reefs maybe...
If anyone has some to sell or knows where i could find some it would help.

Also,
i'm looking for an Elmo so that i can transfer all of my films.
or just a cheap 16projector.

I do have some of those, but I need to get a hold of an elmo with video out so I can transfer them.
